This childbirth class is broken down into 3 sessions held on Tuesday's, beginning on the second Tuesday of every month.
About this Event

This childbirth class is taught by certified Lamaze Educator Jessica Greene and prepares you for giving birth in WNC.

It always starts on the second Tuesday of the month and is held on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th Tuesday.

June Series Dates: 6/9, 6/16, 6/23

July Series Dates: 7/14, 7/21, 7/28

August Series Dates: 8/11, 8/18, 8/25

September Series Dates: 9/8, 9/15, 9/22

October Series Dates: 10/13, 10/20, 10/27

November Series Dates: 11/10, 11/17, 11/24

December Series Dates: 12/8, 12/15, 12/22

In this class, you will learn:

• What you need to be prepared before the birth of your child
• Comfort measures to help before and during labor
• Birthing options and choices that may come up for you

Jessica weaves in practical knowledge of the local birthing options to empower each family about their choices and options during birth.
