Childbirth Boot Camp

If you are looking for a class that is compact and comprehensive childbirth that you can fit into your busy schedule, look no further. Taught by Certified Lamaze educator, Jessica Greene.

This one- day childbirth class is hosted in the beautiful Enka community of Asheville proper. We start promptly at 9 am, discuss what you should have ready pre-birthday, what you should bring with you. We have a partner focused portion where we help them understand their value and teach hands on comfort measures that can be practiced and used throughout the pregnancy and labor.

We have a 30 min lunch break, feel free to bring your food with you, order delivery, or run pick something up. We value your time with us, and want to make the most of our Saturday with you. You will go home with a booklet, knowledge, and possibly new friends.
