Intuitive Heart Collective will be hosting its first official Grounding Circle on Saturday March 22nd @ 2pm 🎉

This will include group meditation, open conversation, intention setting & self reflection. Overall we are aiming to create a safe space to find connection, community, and of course, grounding.

What does it mean to be grounded?

Many may identify with the feeling differently but I find that it is a state of balance. To me, feeling grounded is to be rooted in the reality of the present while remaining hopeful and connected, to feel a sense of stability without losing touch of creativity and adventure.

SUGGESTIONS:

Bring a notebook, journal, or something to write on and a pen

Dress comfortably

Bring a blanket or comfort item

Avoid caffeine beforehand

Feel free to bring your own beverage or snacks (water and herbal tea will be provided)

Come with an open heart and mind
