• Guided Meditation: Relax into a serene state with a deep, calming meditation focused on each of the seven chakras, helping to clear blocked energy and restore balance.
• Sound Healing: Experience the vibrational frequencies of crystal singing bowls, tuning forks, and other instruments tuned to the specific frequencies of each chakra, aiding in releasing stagnant energy.

This event will be held in the Awakening Room at the Bridge Healing Arts Center.
*Special parking instructions: Entrance and parking is in the back. Driveway is right next to the big white sign that says “304 Main St.“. Follow the driveway all the way to the very back (long set of buildings) where it ends in a circle. Park there and use the rear entrance at the end of the ramp. Follow signs to the Awakening Room.
