Intuitive Eating

It encourages you to connect with your body's internal hunger and fullness cues and to enjoy food freedom. Dr. Erdahl from Orchid Integrative Medicine will be talking about the benefits of letting go of dieting and getting back to living.

Alli Erdahl is a Naturopathic Doctor who graduated from NUNM in 2020. She completed a 2-year primary care residency in Portland, OR and now has a practice in Chaska called Orchid Integrative Medicine. Dr. Erdahl struggled with disordered eating for years before finding Intuitive Eating which healed her relationship with food and her body. She takes a weight-neutral approach to her patient visits. She helps teens and adults with mental health, hormone issues and GI complaints.
