Introduction To Wet Felting

This workshop is ideal for anyone who has always wondered about wet felting and how to do it!
Follow a series of talks and demonstrations by an art school trained and qualified textile artist. Alison Thomas is a full-time artist who has been teaching and working from her Irvine studio for the last 28 years.
We will create our own piece of felt from which we can make hanging hearts of flower brooches or both! We will use various colours of wool and texture fibres to create an interesting surface. All you need to bring is a hand towel (for catching excess water) and yourself!
£40 including materials.
