In this beginner-friendly class, you'll learn the foundational principles of Qigong, a centuries-old practice that combines gentle movement, breathwork, and focused awareness to cultivate balance, vitality, and inner peace.
During this workshop you'll learn how to:
✨ Develop proper body alignment
✨ Understand the fundamentals of Qigong practice
✨ Coordinate breath with movement
✨ Build a foundation you can continue practicing at home
Whether you're looking to reduce stress, improve balance and flexibility, or simply reconnect with yourself, this class is a wonderful place to begin.
Meet Your Instructor
Terri Morgan has devoted more than 40 years to the study and practice of Qigong, Taiji, and other internal arts. Her primary training was with Prof. Liu Yuzeng in China, where she spent nearly 30 years traveling between the U.S. and China to deepen her studies. Terri is a three-time international champion and served for 15 years as an international judge after retiring from competition. Fluent in Mandarin, she also serves as an English-Chinese translator, bringing a wealth of authentic knowledge and experience to her teaching.
What to Wear:
• Loose-fitting clothing that allows for comfortable movement
• Flat shoes
• Please avoid graphic T-shirts and half-moon pants
