Designed for complete newcomers, this session offers a welcoming space to explore the foundations of this traditional Hawaiian art form. Participants will learn about the cultural and historical significance of Hula, engage in gentle conditioning exercises, and practice basic steps and movements. This workshop also serves as a perfect preview for the upcoming 5-week Introduction to Polynesian Dance–Hula Dance series later this summer.
