Art Therapy is a mindfulness technique & tool for regulating your nervous system, a way to access your subconscious & unconscious mind, and a way to rewrite your beliefs and rewire your brain programming. However, perhaps the most interesting and impactful element of Art Therapy is that it is a way to experience connection & have a conversation with your intuition/higher self/inner guidance or whatever you prefer to call it.
Intro to Art Therapy includes an experiential art making session, followed by guidance through a process where you will learn to "read" or decipher the information being communicated in your art.
All materials are included.

* If the class does not proceed, you will be refunded any cash amount
* NERAM events have a limited capacity and use a ticketing system. Bookings are essential
