The 2026 Armidale Eisteddfod this year is on from Wednesday 13 May through to Sunday June 14th concluding with the Gala Concert at 2pm in the Old Teacher's College Auditorium. The event is held primarily at the Old Teachers College with some choirs and choir night being held at Lazenby Hall. (Wednesday 20 May and morning session Thursday 21 May)

ENTRIES CLOSE 5pm Friday 20 March 2026
There is no facility for late entries.
The following categories are included:
Music Composition Presentation & Workshop, Piano, Stage 6 (HSC) Performances, Speech and Drama, Choirs & Choir Night, Choral Workshop, Small Country Schools, New England Championship, Mature Performers, Vocal, Strings, Chamber Music, String Ensembles, Woodwind, Brass Recorder, Ensembles - Years 7-12, Band Night and Ensembles, Mixed Instruments, Primary Ensembles and the concluding Gala Concert.
