This workshop is designed exclusively for CAV NHS. This workshop is grounded in Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). Rather than trying to eliminate difficult thoughts or emotions, ACT helps you develop psychological flexibility - the ability to stay present, respond with openness, and take actions guided by personal values, even in the face of discomfort. Through evidence based exercises, guided refelection and practical tools, this workshop offers a compassionate space to better understand the mind.
