About This Workshop:
During this 90 minute inversion workshop members will gain a solid foundation and the tools to practice their handstands and headstands. We will cover how to safely and efficiently spend time upside down. The class will cover different movements and exercises to learn the proper techniques.
We will cover handstand entrances, how to safely exit a handstand, how to spot a handstand and drills to support your handstand practice, through strength and mobility.
No previous experience is required, all levels are welcome. Come join us for an invigorating workshop. You will leave with the knowledge and confidence to start playing with inversions.
About your instructor Kathryn:
Kathryn is a certified Power Yoga instructor, NCCP Olympic lifting certified, CrossFit L1 and DVIDA (Dance Vision) certified. Movati Pilates trained.
Her classes focus on strength and mobility, and blending the two to support you in your fitness goals.
Price: $37.50 plus HST - non members must pay drop in guest fee plus workshop fee.
