This two hour class covers the basics of several types of preserving, including dehydrating, canning, freeze drying, freezing, and vacuum sealing.
This classes teaches from safe and trusted sources so you can make educated decisions about preserving food for your family.
Saturday, February 22, 2025 from 10 am to 12 pm.
This class is held at Boba Bowl located at 127 West Liberty St, Wooster, OH.
We will accept cancellations until 11:59 PM on February 15. Please note that cancellations will be refunded the cost minus the card processing fee.
