Join Danielle and Courtnie for a Sunday Funday sweat session (or just sparkle if you, prefer )!Get your heart pumping, and the good vibes flowing as they combine music and movement for a fitness fusion style class! You can expect to see weights, bands, and balls in this interval style class, choreographed to go with the beat of the music. All levels welcome!
Time flies when you’re having fun, so keep the good times rolling and head to City Square Steakhouse after class for brunch! They’ll have tables reserved, and the first drink is included with the price of class, non alcoholic options included. (Cost of brunch is on your own).
