A mindful immersion into Spring πŸƒ energy - a retreat to soothe the mind, rest the body and reconnect to the peace within.
π—§π—›π—œπ—¦ π—œπ—¦ 𝗙𝗒π—₯ 𝗬𝗒𝗨 π—œπ—™:
βœ”οΈ You’ve been yearning
to get away from the busyness of life and reconnect with yourself.
βœ”οΈ Need to reset your nervous system, whilst establishing a consistent daily practice of meditation and mindful breathwork.
βœ”οΈ You are looking at committing to a longer Vipassana experience in the future, but want to try a shorter version first.
⇣
Over the course of this retreat, you’ll be guided through 2-hour sittings of conscious breathwork and meditation sessions, experienced in noble silence.
The intention is to support you in coming home to your body, quieting the mind, and learning how to anchor into the present moment with greater ease.
π—§π—›π—˜ 𝗝𝗒𝗨π—₯π—‘π—˜π—¬ π—œπ—‘π—ͺ𝗔π—₯𝗗
This is more than just a few days awayβ€”it’s a journey of deep self-inquiry, nervous system recalibration, and inner stillness.
You’ll learn simple yet powerful techniques rooted in mindfulness and nervous system regulation, giving you the tools to better navigate life’s ups and downs.
These practices are based on the principles of Vipassana and designed to be integrated into your daily life beyond the retreat, supporting ongoing healing, balance, and personal growth.
No matter your background or experience, this retreat offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space to slow down, soften, and return to the β€˜self’.

β€’ A comfortable, beautiful home-like environment surrounded by nature with Aireys Inlet offering stunning views of the rugged coastline, cliffs, valleys, and the vast ocean.
β€’ All meals, snacks, and herbal teas are includedβ€”nourishing, plant-based, and designed to support your body’s natural rhythms.
β€’ During our opening circle, we ask that all participants turn off and hand over phones + digital devices. These will be securely held for the duration of the retreat. Facilitator contact numbers will be shared for emergency access by loved ones.
β€’ The period of noble silence will begin from Night 1 - 9:00pm to Day 3 - 9:00am. α΄˜ΚŸα΄‡α΄€sᴇ ɴᴏᴛᴇ: During this time, there will be no eye contact, no talking, no physical touch with othersβ€” this is to support a deeper inward focus.
β€’ As well as abstaining from technology - this is a caffeine, alcohol, nicotine and recreational substance free space. To quiet the gut no meat or processed foods will be served. This is to create a clear, calm and energetically contained environment.
β€’ If you feel the need to speak with someone during silent periods, space will be held for 1:1 check-ins with our experienced Emotional Care Team.
β€’ While this experience may bring deep rest and peace, it may also invite emotional release or challenge.
Know that this is part of the healing process, and you will be supported every step of the way.
