Join us for a festival of rebirth in celebration of the returning light at the Winter Solstice. Solstice, drawn from “sun” and “to stand,” marks the moment when the light pauses at its furthest reach. It is the still point before the turning, a suspended breath in the heart of darkness, carrying the quiet intensity needed to transform
the old into the new.
Through breathwork, stillness, and deep listening, we’ll attune to the cosmic rhythm of the Solstice. We’ll work with Helichrysum, also known as Immortelle, inviting its fortifying and enduring qualities to support inner illumination and gentle healing as
we cross this seasonal threshold.
As we honour the dark dreaming time, we’ll ignite visions and intentions for the year ahead. You are warmly welcome to arrive with something in mind, or to let what wishes to emerge reveal itself during the ritual. What is offered at this sacred juncture carries unusual clarity, subtly realigning us with the returning light.
Everyone is welcome, and no previous yoga or meditation experience is required.

landscapes. I am a Yoga teacher, Reiki healer, practising architect, and landscape consultant and have taught Yoga and meditation since 2008.
