🔔 A NEW INTIMATE SOUND BATH IS COMING TO STRETTON -WARRINGTON🔔
I’m genuinely honoured to have been invited by Fiona at Cheshire Physioactive to bring The Temple of Sounds into her beautiful Barn in Stretton, Warrington.
And what a gorgeous space it is.
This one is going to feel a little different to our usual larger group sessions…
Just 12 people.
A small, intimate group.
A beautiful cosy Barn.
And 75 minutes where absolutely nothing is required of you.
✨ Thursday 3rd September
✨ 5pm-6.15pm
✨ Arrive from 4.50pm pm to settle in
✨ The Barn at Cheshire Physioactive, Stretton
✨ ONLY 12 SPACES AVAILABLE
I’ll be filling this beautiful space with the sounds and vibrations of the gongs, Himalayan and crystal singing bowls, chimes, waterfall drum & some of my other favourite instruments, creating an immersive experience designed for nervous system regulation & deep relaxation.
You don’t even need to bring a yoga mat, mats will be provided although you can bring your own or hire a thicker 3” gym mat when booking for extra comfort 💜
Just bring yourself, a cosy blanket & pillow. Water can be provided & complimentary eye masks will be available too.
Everyone will take home a beautiful affirmation & crystal
Whether this will be your very first Sound Bath or you’ve joined me many times before, you are all welcome.
There’s something incredibly special about working with a group this small, and I already know this is going to be a beautiful evening.
