I'm Not Creative… or am I?

An afternoon of reflection and creativity for anyone who's ever believed they weren't creative. Explore the stories you've been carrying, then create a beautiful tray to remind you of what you discovered.

Have you ever caught yourself saying:

"I'm just not creative."

You're not alone - we were just like you!

Many of us learnt that creativity belonged to "artistic people"… but the fact is that creativity isn’t only about creating artwork…

Over time, those beliefs became another layer of who we thought we were.

This workshop is an invitation to gently peel back those layers.

Part 1 | Looking Within

Rebecca and Maria will guide you through gentle reflection, conversation and mindful exercises to explore where the belief "I'm not creative" came from and whether it's really true.

Together, we'll begin uncovering the creativity that's been there all along.

Part 2 | Creating Something Beautiful

Next, you'll create your own decorative wooden tray using the art of decoupage.

As you build your piece layer by layer, you'll experience a beautiful metaphor in action. Just as we accumulate layers of beliefs over the years, we can also choose to create new ones with care, intention and self-compassion.

You'll leave with a handcrafted tray that serves as a reminder of what you uncovered during the afternoon.
