Join us for an Intimate Healing Circle, a guided outdoor sound bath experience designed to help you gently release emotional, mental, and energetic weight.
Held in the peaceful setting of Bon Air Park Rose Garden in Arlington, this experience is centered around the monthly theme of Releasing—creating space for clarity, grounding, and inner renewal.
Through guided meditation, sound healing, journaling, and reflection, you will be supported in slowing down and reconnecting with yourself in a calm and intentional space.
This is a 10-person intimate experience designed for depth, presence, and transformation.
