Arizona Small Dog Rescue is a non-profit no-K*ll dog rescue who saves over 1,100 dogs annually in the Valley. We are committed to rescuing dogs in need and caring for them until we find their perfect forever family. We focus on providing a safe environment where the health and welfare of the dogs is our top priority.

Alexis Mansperger is an instructor at Lifetime Tempe. She teaches yoga and HIIT based classes. Her energy is contagious — equal parts challenge and encouragement. She is committed to creating a inclusive spaces and believes yoga is for everybody.
