What to bring:

Please bring a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, journal, pen and water bottle. You may also bring an eye mask, lip balm and non-perishable snacks if you want to (meals are not provided).If you are noise-sensitive, please bring ear plugs (we recommend Loop brand).Please avoid wearing synthetic perfumes on the day to help us keep the air within the space as fresh as possible.
