About this Event
Join us for a 60-minute all-levels vinyasa flow held outdoors in a welcoming, community-centered space. This class weaves together mindful movement, breath, and foundational yoga philosophy to create a practice that is both strengthening and grounding. Expect a steady, fluid flow that builds heat, cultivates presence, and offers options for all bodies and experience levels.
Our intention is simple: to make yoga accessible, embodied, and rooted in its true purpose ~ connection to self, breath, and community. Each class will be led by one of the instructors in rotation, offering fresh energy while maintaining a consistent, supportive flow.
What to bring:
• Your yoga mat
• Water
• An open mind and open heart
Meet the Teachers:
Nikki Mingoea ~
Nikki is a former salon owner, business mentor, and yoga teacher who brings over a decade of experience working in high-touch, high-empathy environments. Her years behind the chair and leading teams gave her a deep understanding of how emotionally and energetically demanding service-based work can be, and how essential it is to have practices that support nervous system regulation, clear boundaries, and embodied presence.
Her teaching style is grounded, approachable, and rooted in breath, functional movement, and nervous system awareness. Nikki is passionate about creating spaces where people can downshift out of stress, reconnect to their bodies, and cultivate sustainable well-being ~ both on and off the mat.
Klaire Magdalena ~
Klaire is a yoga teacher and somatic guide with a deep reverence for the body as both a physical vessel and an energetic system. With a background in movement, fitness, and nervous system awareness, she teaches in a way that is grounded, strength-informed, and intuitively attuned. Her classes blend intelligent sequencing, functional alignment, and breath with subtle energetic awareness, creating a practice that supports stability, mobility, and inner connection.
She is passionate about helping students feel strong, safe, and at home in their bodies—bridging the worlds of mindful fitness and yogic philosophy so the practice feels both empowering and deeply nourishing.
