Intermediate Acro Accelerator - In this intermediate-level series, we will target skills and drills to improve stability, train bails, take skills higher off the ground, and build pathways to more advanced partner and group acrobatic movements. This series will focus on inversions, dynamic transitions, Foot to Hand and Hand to Hand, free balances, and increasing the “cone of success” in your acro practice. Students will learn problem-solving and self-coaching strategies to use in practice outside of class. This series is designed for individuals with strong acro foundations who practice on a regular basis.Every Friday March 14th - April 4th 7:15-8:30pm
Cost: $125 per participant for all four sessions | $225 for 2 participants
Prerequisites:
Participants should have experience with a wide variety of L-basing poses (minimum 15 sec hold Side Star, Star, Foot to Hand) and standing poses (minimum 10 sec hold Two High, Flag, Camel or High Bird). Students should be able to hold a handstand for 30 seconds at the wall and Hand to Hand experience will be helpful.
