Join us for a 30-minute guided chakra meditation, designed to align and balance your energy centers for greater harmony, clarity, and well-being. This meditation will take you on a journey through the seven chakras, using visualization, breathwork, and mantra sounds to cleanse and activate each energy center. Whether you're new to meditation or a seasoned practitioner, this session will help you cultivate inner peace, emotional balance, and a deeper connection to yourself.
