INTERMEDIATE: 3D Modeling

Autodesk 360Fusion Multi-week class with instructor Doug Hitch

Reserve your seat Fridays in May for this hands-on intermediate course where LMS members can learn the intermediate functions of Autodesk Fusion 360. In this course Doug Hitch will lead members through modeling a clamp with the opportunity to 3D print your model upon course completion.

Each 2hour course is a continuation of the last and is best suited for members who are looking to refine their 3D modeling skills in a small class setting. Your instructor can also offer guidance, explore in depth functions, and answer questions about your personal projects.

Claiming the first ticket May 8th means you are availible for all classes. If you will not be available for a particular class, speak to staff and your instructor to receive online instruction on the cirriculum you might miss and avoid being charged a no-show fee.

May 8th 4pm-6pm (introduction)

May 15th 4pm-6pm (parts 1 & 2)

May 22nd 4pm-6pm (parts 3 & 4)

May 29th 4pm-6pm (part 5 with optional printing day)

The Lacey Makerspace has several Premium Fusion accounts for members to use in the digital lab during open hours ask the instructor about access.

Location: NEW Mini-Classroom
REQUIRED: Your laptop with Fusion 360 pre-installed and a laptop computer mouse. (Need help getting set up? Let us know—we’re happy to assist!)

Keep in mind that while this is a free multi-week course for members, there is a no-show fee of $10 for members who don't show up without informing LMS.
