Integrated Sadhana Afternoons with Kino

Join a quiet space for integration—a chance to slow down, reflect, and return to the heart of your sādhana. These afternoon sessions blend yin yoga and seated meditation to nourish both body and spirit. Rooted in stillness and subtlety, each class invites you to listen deeply and reconnect with the inner pulse of practice.
On Friday we all meet somewhere special outside the yoga shala to connect, celebrate each other, share the joy of Yoga beyond the mat - and eat ice cream!
