Reconnect to your inner rhythm through Shakti Prana Flow, honoring the cycles of renewal, radiance, and embodied grace. Through creative sequencing and alchemical music, we’ll cultivate a
rhythmic states of flow. This solar practice includes body mudra, hip-opening, arm balancing, and a backbending journey.

Shakti Mandala Women’s Day Retreat at Paradise Farms. A full-day immersion in nature with Shiva Rea as your guide and Shayne Cohen as your host. Participants will dive deep into Prana Mandala Vinyasa for whole-body circulation of vital energy in a mandala pattern.
