Shakti Rhythmic Prana Vinyasa for Women with Shiva Rea

A sacred, devotional and dynamic 3hr immersion, exploring the feminine essence of movement with master teacher, Shiva Rea. Shakti Prana Flow, an offering focused on activating the inner source of power and grace. 

Through creative sequencing and alchemical music, we’ll cultivate a rhythmic states of flow. This solar practice includes body mudra, hip-opening, arm balancing, and a backbending journey.
