Join us for an evening sound bath at the beautiful setting of Insole Court.
This session is designed to offer a full hour of rest and relaxation, supported by immersive sound from gongs and bowls. You’ll be invited to lie down comfortably and simply listen — there’s nothing to do, no techniques to follow, and no prior experience needed.
Sound baths can help calm the nervous system, release tension, and create a sense of ease and clarity. Everyone experiences the sound differently, and whatever arises is welcome.
What to bring:
A blanket for warmth
A pillow if you’d like extra comfort
Wear warm, comfortable clothing.
