Inside Out: Young People’s Art Exhibition

Join us for a meaningful and inspiring art exhibition created by young people as part of Mental Health Week.

This exhibition brings together artwork from young people of all ages, sharing creative pieces that explore hidden thoughts, emotions, and experiences around mental health. The theme, “What you don’t see. Draw how you feel inside,” invites visitors to reflect on the emotions we don’t always notice or talk about, and to celebrate the power of creativity as a way of expression.

The event will be set up as a walk‑through gallery, allowing visitors to view the artwork at their own pace. It’s a welcoming, inclusive space for the local community to come together, show support for young people, and engage with conversations around mental health and wellbeing.
