About the Speakers:

As a C-Suite Executive, JC scaled multiple digital health startups towards successful exits, including C3i, which he helped scale from 20 employees in NYC to 1,500 globally.

Today, JC advises early-stage digital health companies with their product, go-to-market & operational strategies, including the adoption of Generative AI in healthcare.

Over the years, JC has developed a broad knowledge and network across multiple segments of healthcare which translates into more potential opportunities for his clients.

JC operates in Life Sciences, Payers, Employers, Providers, Labs, Clinical Trials, Behavioral Health, Diabetes, Patient Advocacy, Orphan Drugs, Med Devices and more.

As a fractional executive, JC has hands-on experience managing multiple functions as a member of the C-Suite. His clients leverage his experience to augment their management team across multiple functions at a fraction of the cost.

On a personal level, JC is an active volunteer for mental and physical disability causes (Best Buddies, Paralyzed Veterans of America) and operates both MyRareData, a pro-bono organization that helps rare disease groups leverage digital health and Mental Health For Rare, a non-profit dedicated to expanding access to Mental Health for Rare Patients and families.

is the CEO of KORTUC Inc. KORTUC Inc is a biotech company developing a novel radiosensitizer to solve the fundamental limitation of conventional cancer radiotherapy and to improve its effectiveness. The technology has origin in Japan. Their drug consists mainly of hydrogen peroxide in a prefilled syringe format to inject directly into tumors right before radiotherapy. H2O2 makes radioresistant tumors radiosensitive. Their first clinical trial is ongoing for locally advanced/recurrent breast cancer as registrational Phase 2 study led by the UK Institute of Cancer Research in UK and India. They will soon start clinical trials for cervical and rectal cancers globally. They are also exploring another opportunity of our drug as immunostimulant in immunotherapy by activating anti-tumor immune response.

is a seasoned entrepreneur and product leader with extensive experience in the technology and healthcare industries. She is currently the Co-founder and CEO of Rosette Health, a company she started in August 2023.

is the Founder and CEO of Universal Brain and is working on developing a neuroscience-based psychiatric platform to establish the diagnosis and treatment of mental disorders.

In the psychiatry department of a university hospital, he was intensely shocked to find that the prognosis of patients varied greatly depending on the physician's skill. He founded Universal Brain to establish treatment and diagnosis based on the analysis of physiological data. At Universal Brain, he engages in developing an innovative EEG headset and algorithms to deliver better care to patients with psychiatric disorders.

Universal Brain has raised $4.2 million in seed funding alone and has been chosen to join the 2023 MedTech Innovator Accelerator Cohort.
