Join Julia and Malaika for Inner Alchemy, a transformative 3-hour workshop blending the dynamic practice of Jivamukti Yoga with the deep restoration of Yoga Nidra accompanied by a healing sound bath.

This immersive experience invites you to move, release, and reconnect — beginning with an invigorating Jivamukti asana practice to ignite the body and pique the intellect, followed by a guided Yoga Nidra meditation designed to access a deep state of inner stillness.

The melodious sound bath is aimed to harmonize the nervous system and integrate the practice. Open to all levels, this workshop is an opportunity to reset, reflect, and return to your center.
