Industry Forum - National Risk Assessment - Session 2

The financial regulator is hosting a forum at the Manx Museum on Wednesday 18 March 2026 to enhance awareness and understanding of the updated National Risk Assessment (NRA).

Two separate one-hour sessions – 9:15am-10:15am and 11:00am-12pm – aimed at Heads of Compliance, or equivalent, will take place in the Lecture Theatre to provide an overview of the NRA, explain how it underpins efforts to deter financial crime, and highlight the need for Island firms to reflect the findings within their own business risk assessments and controls.

A short presentation by Ashley Whyte, Head of the Authority’s AML/CFT Supervision Division, will be followed by an open question-and-answer session.
