Inside the Boardroom: How NEDs Influence People and Culture

NEDs are instrumental in shaping a board culture that inspires confidence, champions people, and attracts as well as retains exceptional talent. By placing people and diverse perspectives at the heart of decision‑making both within the boardroom and across the organisation companies strengthen their ability to steer with confidence, anticipate risk, and lead with purpose.

Today NEDs are active, curious, courageous, and deeply engaged, not just guardians of compliance.

This session will open the discussion into the role of a NED in relation to company culture, and importance of diversity of thought.

Format

Door open at 5:30pm, with networking, drinks and light refreshments.

Presentation and discussion will start at 6pm. We'll aim to finish the session by 7pm to allow time for a post event drink and conversation.
