Indoor ENDURO | by iRock Fitness

The iRock ENDURO is the ULTIMATE TEST of speed, power, and stamina! It encompasses four endurance disciplines: running, skiing, rowing and cycling.

Run: 3 Miles

SkiErg: 1 Mile (1,600 meters)

RowErg: 1 Mile (1,600 meters)

Cycle: 10 Miles

Event Rules

All four disciplines must be completed in the order outlined above. Individuals, pairs, and teams will be timed on each individual discipline and for overall time which includes the transition from one discipline to the next. All Athletes must be present and ready to begin at their heats designated start time.

Solo Division

Individuals complete all 4 disciplines in the outlined order.

Pair Division

• (2 person team) will complete all 4 disciplines in the outlined order

• 1 individual will be responsible for the completion of a full discipline (ie. the row cannot be divided, alternated, or shared between partners)

• Pairs can distribute the themselves amongst the disciplines in any manner (ie. Person A completes the Run and Row, Person B completes the Ski and Bike)

Team Division

• (3-4 person team) will complete all 4 disciplines in the outlined order

• 1 individual will be responsible for the completion of a full discipline (ie. the row cannot be divided, alternated, or shared between teammates)

Heat Times

Heats of 6 will launch starting at 8:00am and every 20 minutes following

8:00am Heat 1 (Team Division)

8:20am Heat 2 (Team Division)

8:40 am Heat 3 (Pairs Division)

9:00am Heat 4 (Pairs Division)

9:20am Heat 5 (Individual Division)

9:40am Heat 6 (Individual Division)

Solo Division Winners 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place - Male and Female

Pair Division Winners 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place (Male, Female, and Mixed)

Team Division Winners 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place (Male, Female, and Mixed)

Event Entry

Includes T-Shirt and refreshments from sponsor Liquid Death

Doors will open at 7:00am. Athletes are more than welcome to enjoy iRock's amenities including Red Light Therapy Sauna, showers, and locker rooms. Awards will be given following the event. Event results will be posted on the iRock Strava Group Page.
