Whether you’re brand new to the practice or a seasoned student who still has questions (or just wants to confirm you’re doing it right), this class is for you!Join Kayla for a Power Yoga Flow(not heated but comfortable) designed for students who love to learn while they move. We’ll begin by reviewing foundational poses, then transition into a flow. Throughout the class, you’re encouraged to pause, ask questions, and explore-whether it’s alignment, breath or transitions. This is a supportive space where curiosity is welcomed.
