Designed for just four participants, this session offers a low-pressure environment where you can ask plenty of questions and get hands-on help every step of the way.
The first person to book this experience gets to choose two delicious dishes for the whole group to enjoy. You might find yourself perfecting a fragrant Thai green curry, balancing the bold flavors of a Malaysian laksa, or tossing a classic pad Thai.
Your teacher will guide you through a full explanation of the ingredients and share expert tips to ensure you feel like a pro before you know it.
With your own personal cooking station and all the prep taken care of, you can focus entirely on the fun of creation. Everything you need is provided, from the aprons to the fresh ingredients, so you can just show up and start cooking.

Curries – master Thai red, green, yellow, massaman, rendang, or Malaysian styles
Thai satay – learn the secrets to perfectly seasoned skewers
Laksa or khao soi noodles – create rich, comforting noodle bowls
Fried rice or noodles – whip up Singapore style, pad Thai, or classic fried rice
Tom kha soup – balance the delicate flavors of this coconut-based soup
Summer rolls – practice the technique of rolling fresh, healthy appetizers
You'll finish the session by sitting down with your fellow classmates to enjoy the feast you've prepared together.
