This isn't another business workshop.
It's an intimate, hands-on strategy lab where you'll spend two hours working on your business with an experienced strategy consultant and alongside a small group of ambitious founders.
Think of it as having a strategy consultant in your corner for the morning, challenging your thinking, helping you prioritise what matters and leaving you with a clearer plan for growth.
Hosted by Patrick, a strategy consultant turned coach with more than 20 years' experience in growth, brand and transformation, this is a rare opportunity to access the kind of strategic thinking usually reserved for large organisations and paying consulting clients.
Having worked across Mintel, Accenture, Prophet, Ogilvy and Diageo, Patrick has helped organisations including Samsung, LEGO, HSBC and Diageo solve complex challenges, unlock growth and make better strategic decisions. Today, he brings that same thinking to founders and growing businesses.
This is a pro bono session that Patrick would normally charge to facilitate.

Hybrid session (attend in person or online)
In-person attendance is recommended, as much of the session involves paired discussions and collaborative working
Virtual attendance is available if you can't join us in person
Application process
To keep the session highly practical and ensure everyone gets maximum value, we'll ask you to complete a short application. This allows Patrick to tailor the workshop to the founders in the room and ensure everyone gets the most from the morning.
Meet your host
Patrick is a strategy consultant turned coach with more than 20 years' experience helping organisations grow, innovate and transform.
His career has spanned market research at Mintel, strategy consulting at Accenture, Prophet and Ogilvy, and client-side strategy at Diageo, where he worked on growth, brand and transformation projects for some of the world's most recognised organisations, including Samsung, LEGO, HSBC and Diageo.
Today, Patrick works with founders and small teams as a coach and thinking partner, bringing clear structure, honest questions and practical experience so entrepreneurs can make better decisions without turning their business into a consulting project.
This workshop is a rare opportunity to experience Patrick's strategic approach in an intimate, founder-focused setting, using practical frameworks that would typically be reserved for consulting and coaching clients.
