About this Event

Step into a Sunday morning of deep rest, soothing sound and stillness.

Join me at The Arlington Baths Club on Sunday 11 October 2026 at 11am for a calming and restorative experience designed to help you slow down, soften and reset for the week ahead.

This immersive Indian Soundbath invites you to leave the noise and demands of everyday life at the door and settle into a space where there is nothing you need to do - simply lie back, listen and receive.

Through a beautiful blend of Yoga Nidra, handmade Indian soundbath instruments, Reiki and Reiki-infused drumming, you’ll be guided on a deeply relaxing journey through sound, vibration and stillness.

Whether this is your first soundbath or part of an established wellbeing practice, you are warmly invited to come exactly as you are.

You do not need to be a member of The Arlington Baths Club to attend. Please read the Good to Know section before booking.

The Experience

We begin with Yoga Nidra, a guided meditative practice sometimes described as yogic sleep.

As the breath slows and the body begins to soften, you’ll be gently guided away from the busyness of the day and towards a deeper state of rest.

From here, the sound journey unfolds.

The resonant tones and subtle vibrations of handmade Indian instruments create an enveloping soundscape, inviting you to settle more deeply into stillness.

Reiki-infused drumming is woven into the experience, adding the grounding pulse and vibration of the drum before the soundscape gradually softens once more.

There is no expectation to achieve anything.

Simply rest.

Breathe.

Listen.

And allow yourself the rare luxury of being still.

Did you know?

Sound has long held an important place within Indian spiritual and contemplative traditions.

Nada Yoga — the Yoga of Sound — is a traditional Indian practice centred on sound, vibration, deep listening and meditation. It explores the idea that sound can become a pathway towards greater awareness, inner stillness and connection.

And what is Reiki drumming?

Reiki drumming is a modern practice that brings together Reiki, which originated in Japan, with the rhythm and vibration of therapeutic drumming.

As the drum is played, Reiki intention is woven into the experience, creating a deeply grounding and meditative layer within the sound journey.

The hypnotic rhythm and vibration of the drum can encourage relaxation, stillness, connection and a sense of release — making it a beautiful complement to the quieter sounds and textures of an Indian soundbath.

Come and give yourself a Sunday morning to rest, reset and reconnect.

Namaste,

Geetha
