Day 1: Saturday 1:00 pm - 5:00 pm
- Afternoon: Introduction to Indian Clubs
- Total: 4 hours
Day 2: Sunday 10:30 am - 4:30 pm
- Morning: Pattern building (3 hours)
- Lunch: (+/- 30 minutes)
- Afternoon: One and two arm transition routines (3 hours)
- Total: Approximately 6 hours
