Totnes Community Assemblies and Inclusive Totnes are proud to partner to bring you the first Totnes Inclusivity Assembly. Everyone is welcome, but we'd especially like to see those from the disabled, LGBTQIA and youth communities in attendance, so we can identify issues with accessibility, diversity, and services for all.Assembly starts at 7 - bring food to share if you can.
A Community Assembly is an open public gathering where local people come together to discuss shared issues, exchange ideas and help guide decisions that affect the town. It’s a space for listening, learning and shaping change collectively.

These assemblies invite everyone to talk about what matters most to them, from air and water quality to housing, while bringing neighbours together in open, facilitated discussions where all opinions are welcome. Everyone is treated equally and respectfully, creating a setting where fresh, common-sense perspectives can thrive.
