When you're pregnant, so much is changing — your body, your brain, your relationships, and your sense of who you are. Alongside the excitement, there are often deeper questions quietly circling:

This is Matrescence - the profound physical, emotional and identity shift into motherhood.

Crossing the Threshold is a small, intimate four-day retreat for pregnant women who want to pause, be held, and consciously prepare for one of life's greatest transitions. Just eight women. Real support.

Pregnancy yoga, yoga nidra and breathwork • Daily coaching on Matrescence and nervous system care • Self-Havening (a simple somatic practice you can take into birth and early motherhood) • Singing, creativity and time in nature • Three nights' accommodation in beautifully converted barns on 7 acres of land • All nourishing, seasonal, largely organic meals • A pre-retreat group intention-setting call with Olivia
