Aisha Adams is a writer, entrepreneur, and advocate for social change based in Asheville, North Carolina. She is the founder of Equity Over Everything Community Services, a nonprofit dedicated to uplifting underserved communities through programs focused on economic development, healthy living, and entrepreneurship. With over 15 years of experience in media and community engagement, Aisha also leads the Aisha Adams Media Group and is the creator of The Asheville View, a platform fostering essential conversations and providing access to critical information across the region.

Through her blog, NappyThoughts.com, Aisha navigates and explores pressing issues related to justice, equity, and the Black experience in America.
