Hi! I'm Tara Ballard and I'm a passionate advocate for women’s wellness, and I love helping women over 45 rediscover their health and vitality. With over 25 years in the wellness industry, I've dedicated a lot of my years to understanding the unique challenges that women face during perimenopause and beyond.
My goal is to help you feel GREAT in your body, no matter your age. We do this through practical, real-world approaches to diet and exercise.
My philosophy? Wellness should be accessible, enjoyable, and liberating, not restrictive or overwhelming.
