How can you deepen your inner practice of yoga? How can you enhance your practice to be more meaningful and transformational? Are you ready to up level your teaching?*Join us in this Continuing Education Program to enhance & develop the powerful yoga tools of:
-Meditation, sound, nyasa (gesture), mudra (hand positions), bhavana (feeling quality), sankalpa (intention-setting) symbolism. - Rituals of inner practices of yoga that impact the manomaya (mind), vijnanamaya (inner wisdom), and anandamaya (heart) dimensions of who we are.
This intensive will provide:
- Vedic and Viniyoga lineage teachings and practices that include inner practice tools including meditation, sound, nyasa, mudra, bhavana, sankalpa, symbolism, and ritual
- Experience chanting non-sectarian chants that are helpful to practitioners
- Lecture, discussion, practice, and mentoring around developing integrated practices for specific intentions and how to develop a class series around integrated practice themes
- Refinement of teaching skills
