Societal norms often label negative emotions as undesirable. Explore the essential role that the full spectrum of emotions offers in achieving optimal growth. Throughout our lives, we naturally experience a wide range of emotions, each contributing to our personal journey.
Throughout the series, the meditation sessions will be tailored to specific themes such as: What are emotions? How emotions relate to specific parts of the body? What are trapped emotions?
How to process our emotions?
Learn tools necessary to get through any emotion in a more healthy, beneficial, and mindful way, No one ever said this life was easy – but it doesn’t have to be hard either.
What to bring?
Attending In-Studio: Please bring your water bottle. Practice is done standing but chairs will be available if breaks are needed.
Attending Online: You will need a smart phone device, iPad, Tablet or Computer with reliable internet access.
