In-Store Vinyasa Class

Join us Sunday, January 26th at 9am for an invigorating all-levels Vinyasa yoga class, led by instructor Sheena. Her teaching style can be described as flowy and groovy, explorative and well-balanced. Sheena's classes are desgined to awaken your senses, leaving you refreshed and ready to take on what is next.

What to Bring:

- Yoga mat if you have one (there will be some available to borrow on a first-come, first-served basis).

- Water

- Towel
