Elizabeth Mehlbrech will be our featured Speaker for our January 28th meeting!
Title: "Let Imagination Take Center Stage"
Elizabeth is a certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, who uses her imagination, dreams and personal experiences to guide others in overcoming struggles, inspiring change and pursuing their goals. She recently launched Limitless Life Coaching & Training, a virtual business focused on helping clients with physical fitness, balanced nutrition and mental wellness.
As the newly crowned United States of America's Ms. Washington, Elizabeth is also a grateful recovering alcoholic, and her platform, "Wellness Supports Recovery", emphasizes the powerful connection between physical activity and mental health in the recovery process.
Elizabeth believes we are ALL limitless, and by doing what we love, we awaken the hearts of others to believe it's possible for them too!
Bio:
Elizabeth is a Cum Laude graduate of the University of South Dakota with a Bachelor of Science in Business Finance. She is engaged to Nathan Stringer, who has two beautiful daughters, Zoe & Evelyn.
We hope you can join us and bring a friend! Visitors can attend their first meeting for free!

Destinations Lynnwood is a senior living community located at 19501 40th Ave W, Lynnwood, WA 98036. We are now meeting in their Community Room just inside the front door of the building. The building requires an access code, but we will have a member helping to welcome members and guests at the door.
PARKING: There are 3 options at this time.
1) There is "on the street parking" across the street on 194th heading west. You will have to walk up the hill to 40th W and over to Destinations.
2) There is parking behind Destinations at the Washington Energy Services lot (then walk around to the front of the building). Enter the driveway on the south side of the building and drive to the right, past the garage entrance.
3) If you see a spot in front of Destinations it is available, but we ask that if you can walk further please leave that for those who cannot walk easily.
We are working with the Businesses near by to get permission to use their lots. However, at this time we ask that you use these options.

FOOD: Meals are not provided so feel free to bring your dinner, bring something to share, or come a bit early and order from one of the many food places nearby. There is a Kona Kitchen, Ezell's Chicken, Mediterranean Grill and much more. We can provide water, coffee and tea but you must wash your own dishes before leaving the meeting.

7:00pm - 7:10pm ~ Welcome to Heart to Heart! (10 minutes)
7:10pm - 7:30pm ~ “Share From The Heart” time (1 minute each - 20 minutes total)
7:30pm - 8:10pm ~ Speaker (40 minutes)
8:10pm - 8:20pm ~ Door prize drawings (10 minutes)
8:20pm - 8:30pm ~ Share your good news! (10 minutes)
8:30pm - 9:00pm ~ Open networking
