NAMI Connection Recovery Support Group

FREE support group for adults who have experienced symptoms of a mental health condition. Meetings are facilitated by trained peers living in recovery who use a structured support group model to connect encourage and support participants. The group offers respect understanding encouragement and hope.

Meets in person on the second and fourth Wednesdays of the month from 7:00 to 8:30 pm at Verdant Health Commission 4710 196th St. SW Lynnwood WA 98036. Park in the back then come to the front door and a Verdant employee will buzz you in.
