Join Terra Soma teachers, stewards of Awakening Arts - Jane Hardcastle and Juliette McConachy for a day's exploration of living 'In Service to Tenderness' through the lens and practice of Terra Soma yoga. Brief overview:
10:15am arrival
10:30am - 12:30pm Masterclass with Juliette
Lunch Break - Solo or together at The Tannery
2:30pm Teaching, contemplation & group discussion:
- Foundational principles of Terra Soma, woven from the core teachings of yoga.
- What are we really practicing? How can our practice encourage and generate strength and openness amidst trying times.
3:30pm - 5:30pm Master class with Jane
5:30pm Closure and slow departure by 6pm.
